Agreement to terms
By accessing ryokko.xyz or using the ryokko travel planner, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
ryokko is a travel itinerary planning tool. The service is currently in development and available as an early access preview. Features, availability, and pricing may change without notice during this period.
Early access and waitlist
By joining the waitlist, you agree to receive emails about ryokko product updates, early access invitations, and launch announcements. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email. The “6 months free Pro” offer is subject to availability and applies to accounts created during the early access period.
Your content
You retain ownership of any content you create using ryokko, including trip itineraries, notes, and saved places. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or the servers and networks connected to it.
- Use the service to send unsolicited communications or spam.
Availability and warranties
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. During the early access period, data loss is possible and you should not rely on ryokko as your sole record of travel plans.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ryokko and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
